Damaged or Defective Orders

If your canvas arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, I will replace it free of charge.

To request a replacement, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damage or issue

A new canvas will be produced and shipped as soon as possible.

There are no return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items.

Change‑of‑Mind Returns

If you wish to return your order for personal reasons (change of mind, wrong size chosen, etc.), please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item.

Please note:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility

  • Refund is issued once the item is received and inspected

Custom‑sized or personalized orders may not be eligible for change‑of‑mind returns.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If you need to cancel, contact me immediately and I will do my best to help.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is lost in transit:

  • I will contact the courier

  • If the package cannot be located, a free replacement will be sent

  • No additional charges for you

Incorrect Address

If the shipping address was entered incorrectly:

  • Contact me as soon as possible

  • If the order has not yet shipped, I will update the address

  • If the order has already shipped, I cannot change the address

  • If the package returns to me, I can reship it (buyer covers reshipping cost)

Refunds

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

  • Damaged or defective items (full refund or replacement)

  • Lost packages (full refund or replacement)

  • Approved change‑of‑mind returns (refund after item is returned)

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Non‑Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom‑sized canvases

  • Personalized artwork

  • Digital products (if added in the future)
