Production Time

All canvas prints are made to order. Production time depends on the destination region:

  • European Union (EU): 1–3 working days

  • United States (USA): 2–5 working days

  • Baltic Countries (LT, LV, EE): 1–3 working days

  • Worldwide: 2–7 working days

Production begins shortly after your order is placed.

Delivery Times

Delivery speed varies by region:

European Union (EU) Estimated delivery: 3–10 days

United States (USA) Estimated delivery: 2–5 days No customs fees for US customers

Baltic Countries (LT, LV, EE) Estimated delivery: 1–5 days

Worldwide Shipping Estimated delivery: 1–3 weeks, depending on destination and local postal services

Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to holidays, customs delays or courier workload.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. I aim to keep shipping prices fair, transparent and as low as possible.

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact me — I will arrange a custom shipping option.

Packaging

Every canvas is packaged with great care to ensure safe delivery:

  • Wrapped in protective bubble film

  • Packed in a reinforced cardboard box

  • Boxes marked “FRAGILE”

  • Large canvases may be shipped in oversized protective packaging

Tracking Information

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Customs & Import Fees

European Union & USA: No additional customs fees.

Other countries: Some destinations may apply import taxes or customs duties. These charges (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost:

  • I will contact the courier

  • If the package cannot be located, a free replacement will be sent

  • No additional charges for you

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If the address is incorrect:

  • Contact me immediately

  • If the order has not shipped, I will update it

  • If the order has shipped, I cannot change the address

  • If the package returns to me, I can reship it (buyer covers reshipping cost)
