2. Products

All artworks, canvas prints and reproductions offered on this website are created from my original artwork.

Each canvas is made to order. Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, but every effort is made to ensure accurate representation.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Prices may change without prior notice, but the price at the time of purchase will always apply to your order.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.

If an order cannot be fulfilled (rare), you will be contacted and fully refunded.

5. Production Time

Production begins shortly after your order is placed.

• EU: 1–3 working days

• USA: 2–5 working days

• Baltics: 1–3 working days

• Worldwide: 2–7 working days

Production times may vary during holidays or high‑volume periods.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times depend on your region:

• EU: 3–10 days

• USA: 2–5 days

• Baltics: 1–5 days

• Worldwide: 1–3 weeks

7. Customs & Import Fees

• EU customers: No customs fees

• USA customers: No customs fees

• Other countries: Import taxes may apply depending on local regulations

Any customs charges (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

8. Returns & Refunds

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, it will be replaced free of charge. You must report the issue within 14 days of delivery and include a photo of the damage.

Change‑of‑mind returns are accepted within 14 days. The item must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

9. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If you need to cancel, contact me immediately.

10. Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is lost in transit, a free replacement will be sent after courier investigation. If tracking shows the package was delivered, responsibility transfers to the buyer.

11. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If the address is incorrect and the order has already shipped, I cannot change it. If the package returns to me, I can reship it (buyer covers reshipping cost).

12. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, designs and content on this website are the exclusive property of Art by Sarunas.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any content without written permission.

13. Privacy

Your personal information is used only for order processing and shipping. It is never shared with third parties except for logistics partners.
